Shipping from the USA to Jamaica
USA to Jamaica shipping, with your account and package updates in one place.
Start with your Rushwaves account
Register through My Account, then use the US shipping address assigned to your account. Include your personal RWC courier code in Address Line 2 when ordering from a retailer.
Choose the correct air service and address
Rushwaves offers Standard Air and Express Air. Check the address for your chosen service in your dashboard before placing an order. Do not assume that the services use the same warehouse address.
Approved air shipping rates
Standard Air: J$650 for the first pound and J$450 for each additional pound. Express Air: J$800 for the first pound and J$500 for each additional pound.
Shipping estimates are separate from final payable invoices. Applicable customs duties and other charges may affect the final amount.
Estimate before you order
Use the shipping calculator for an estimate. The amount is not a finalized payable invoice. Processed package details and applicable additional charges can affect the final bill.
Track and collect
Use the retailer or carrier tracking service until the package reaches the US warehouse, then follow Rushwaves updates in your account. Wait for the pickup-ready notification before visiting your chosen branch.
